CASE STUDY
LA JOLLA RESIDENCE
Master Bathroom & Walk-in Closet Renovation
This hacienda style villa, with courtyard, is a big home but the spaces were disjointed an inefficient. There was an unused patio off of the side of the house and the walk-in closet featured a dressing room with two sinks.

Sleek, organic and earthy with commanding elements while space is still welcoming and inviting.
Before and After
MASTER BATHROOM
The original master bathroom, closet and kids bath were the last parts of the house to be remodeled. They were worn out and outdated, yet the rooms contained potential for better flow and use of space.

An unused patio allowed the expansion of the master bathroom. Exquisite materials such as Polished Prunella Marble and Chiseled Face Honed Basalt are showcased in this design.

The final result
The style of the space integrates well with the Spanish hacienda style but is now updated, modern and fresh, balancing the classic feel with up-to-date fixtures and surfaces. It is a marriage of style and high functioning usability.
